I used to dabble in part time radio at an alternative station in the 80s.I wish I had been able to explore like you guys.Your Playlist took me on a journey .Brilliant segueway from Smooth to Blusey Sanborn to Weather Report and Alfa Gist.Who does that followed by some hard bop.That Southern Soul is infectious.

Guys,I heard your earlier comments about the need for affirmative action and I agree the playing field is far from being level,but do you think institutional racism will ever be eradicated? I have a friend whose daughter was terminated as a store cashier because her natural hair style was not appealing? WTF?
